jacksonville housing

This is for the marines that are Pcs to the Camp Lejeune area and are getting BAH. SO if your looking for realestate in Jacksonville nc / Camp Lejeune area here you go...; there is a huge market for realestate in Jacksonville. HUGE!!!! jacksonvilles realestate market is so big because marines arent affected by the current economy. in Camp Lejeune there are 3 areas for base housing.. 1) Midway park. this is government housing. so its not a part of the jacksonville realestate market. also Tarawa terrace 1&2 are the 2 base housing areas. i wouldnt recommend staying in any of them. out in jacksonville... ok there is jacksonville itself and the surrounding areas like Hubert and Richlands. If you make the money id live in richlands. the realestate outhere is so much better than the whole jacksonville realestate market. there are new homes being built in richlands nc. the drive to the main gate takes about 30 mins. depending were you are and what time your driving. the main gate at Camp lejeune is packed in the morning and when the marines get off work. Jacksoinvilles real estate market is huge though. i bought my house. ill up date the areas of jacksonville later and talk more about the jacksonville realestate market later.
